日本的三賀日・・・Japanese New Year holidays

あけましておめでとうございます。

正月はふるさとで「食う、飲む、寝る」を楽しんだ。その前に、「初詣（A New Year's visit to a Shinto shrine）」に行かなければ、ということで、元旦（１月１日、January 1 ）の午前中から浅草の浅草寺に行った。

仲見世はすし詰め状態。





羽子板が宙に浮いている。





ああ、めでたい。（たい＝鯛＝A sea bream/In Japan, when we have a celebration thing, eat a sea bream.）





招き猫、これまた縁起がいいや。（猫＝cat/This cat called a Maneki neko, we heard this cat catch many fortune to family, shop, company.）





人、人、人。





初詣のあとは、実家に帰って正月のおせち料理と日本酒を飲む。とことんおしゃべりし、食べてお酒を飲む。そして、コタツに寝て、また食べて飲む。これぞ日本の正月。

We eat a special foods during New Year holidays, it's called "Osechi Ryouri".
This foods give us many happy things.
Thanks to New Year holidays, many Japanese can remember our traditional lifestye and we can working very hard new year.
